What you'll do
- Run assessments and build each child's treatment plan together with their family.
- Supervise RBTs as the BACB requires, in person and over video.
- Update goals as session data comes in.
- Show parents how to practice skills during the week, in person and by video.
- Join a child's school team when the school says yes.
- Write session notes and progress reports for insurers.
