Clinical Director (Lead BCBA)

Lead the clinical side of our home and school ABA practice in St. Louis, from the first family on.

Full time

You'd work with autistic children and young people across St. Louis, in their homes, in schools that welcome us, and over video with their parents. There's no clinic. You'd be our first clinician, so you'd set up how the clinical work is done.

What you'll do

Assess each child who joins us and write the treatment plan with the family.
Coach parents at home and over video so skills carry over between visits.
Work with teachers when a school invites us.
Set up our clinical systems: intake, assessments, plan and progress templates, data collection and supervision records.
Hire, train and supervise the RBTs who join us, and run their competency assessments.
Be the clinician on our insurance credentialing applications.
Carry your own caseload while we grow.

What you'll need

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification.
A Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or the ability to get one before you start. We'll help with the Missouri steps.
Experience writing treatment plans and progress reports for insurers, and supervising RBTs.
The BACB supervision training, or a plan to finish it before you supervise.
A driver's license, a reliable car and auto insurance.
A plus: you've helped start a program, or worked on MO HealthNet or TRICARE ABA approvals.
